Shipping

All packaging is environmentally friendly, reusable and recyclable. I will endeavour to send out all orders within 3 days (longer for commissions) and they will be sent second class via Royal Mail as standard. You can upgrade to first class if you would like your order quickly. If you have any questions, please do get in touch. Collection from my studio in SE London is also an option.

Care Recommendations

All pieces will survive the dishwasher or microwave, but their lifespan and finish will be increased with hand washing. They are functional pieces, but do need to be treated with care to get the best out of them. Matt glazes are more susceptible to absorbing stains, I recommend rinsing them soon after use to avoid discolouration and markings.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase then it can be returned for a store credit or an exchange. The cost of returns must be covered by the customer and lots of care taken in packaging and posting, anything broken in transit to me can not be refunded. Please bear in mind that all products are handmade and variations do occur between each and every item. The decision to accept a return is at the sole discretion of LCF Ceramics.

Privacy Policy

We will only use the data collected for the purpose of the purchase you make and to maintain records of purchase history. We will store email addresses submitted for our mailing list and promise not to share any of your details with anyone else. By using this website you are agreeing to share this data with us and we will only use it to provide and improve our service.
