First up is for those coffee afficionados out there.  I have paired my Coffee Pour Over  with some brilliant filter papers that are 100% compostable from Ethical Superstore.  It was a tough call for the coffee beans as there are a lots of fabulous roasters out there.  I’ve gone for a local small batch roaster called 15 grams.  They have a cafe near us and I really can vouch for the consistent deliciousness of their Damn Fine Blend which not only packs a flavour punch but more importantly is ethically and sustainably produced.  You can buy a one off bag or sign up for a monthly subscription to keep you in good coffee for as long as you like.
